Kim Young-ok lahir pada 5 Desember 1937 adalah seorang aktris Korea Selatan yang memulai debutnya pada tahun 1957.
Beliau dikenal sebagai "Nenek Nasional" Korea Selatan karena banyak perannya sebagai nenek di film dan televisi.
Pada tahun 1959, Kim bergabung dengan Stasiun Penyiaran Chuncheon sebagai penyiar melalui rekrutmen terbuka. Pada tahun 1960, Dia masuk kembali ke CBS Christian Broadcasting Company sebagai pengisi suara untuk periode ke-6.
Setahun kemudian, pada tahun 1961, ia secara resmi memulai debutnya sebagai pengisi suara untuk putaran pertama Penyiaran Budaya MBC, dan pada tahun 1969 muncul di drama TV MBC untuk pertama kalinya.
Kim Young-ok adalah salah satu aktor perwakilan Korea yang aktif tanpa jeda sejak debutnya. Saat ini, dia adalah aktris aktif tertua di Korea.
