Lee Geung-young (lahir 12 Desember 1960) adalah aktor Korea Selatan. Dia lulus dari Departemen Drama di Seoul.
Dia memulai debutnya pada tahun 1977 dan setelah menyelesaikan wajib militernya, dia memulai debutnya pada tahun 1982 sebagai aktor hubungan masyarakat ke-10 untuk Korea Broadcasting Corporation (KBS), menjadi pengisi suara selama satu tahun, dan kembali memasuki karir ke-18 KBS pada tahun 1983.
Pada tahun 1983, ia memulai debutnya sebagai aktor dalam drama KBS "Ordinary People". Dia juga menulis dan menyutradarai film The Gate of Destiny (1996) dan The Beauty in Dream (2002).
